This year’s Christmas Market will be held on Saturday 1st December between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm.
If you would like to reserve a table these will be charged at £15.00 each. Each table is 1.5 x 0.75 m. Due to demand we can only offer one table per business.
To reserve a table, please complete the attached form and return with either a cheque payment to myself at the address shown on the form or if you wish to pay via bank transfer you may do so and return the form to me via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you decide to pay by bank transfer please ensure that you reference your payment with your name. Please note that a reservation cannot be confirmed without payment. Additionally, tables will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. We have room for 24 tables (14 in the main hall and 9 in the large front meeting room). Applicants will be assigned in the order in which they are received to first the hall and then to the meeting room unless there is a specific request to go into the meeting room. We urge you then to return your forms at your earliest convenience to avoid any disappointment.
